Toshiba recently announced the introduction of number of maximum capacity for 32 GB of embedded NAND flash memory modules, and announced that these products in full compliance with e-MMC and eSD standards. These embedded products for the mobile digital consumer products, including mobile phones and digital cameras. Samples will be shipped in September 2008, from the fourth quarter of volume production.
